What fabric weight are the hoodies?
Our hoodies are made with 500 GSM heavyweight fabric for a substantial feel. GSM refers to the fabric weight in grams per square meter.
Which sizes are available?
Our hoodies are offered in S, M, L, and XL. Availability depends on the selected design and color. For help choosing a size, contact us before ordering.
Are the designs embroidered or printed?
Our hoodies feature embroidered details. Sleeve graphics are printed on designs that include them. Check the individual product description for the details of your chosen hoodie.
How do I see my chosen color?
Select a color on the product page to display its assigned product image. You can browse the gallery for additional views and details.
How should I care for my hoodie?
Follow the care instructions on the garment label. Contact us if you need help with care instructions for a specific design.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship from?
We ship from the United States to Mexico, Canada, and Colombia, and within the United States.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Within the United States, standard shipping is $8 and free on orders of $70 or more; express shipping is $15. For Mexico, Canada and Colombia, rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the carrier service you choose. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I request a return or exchange?
Yes. Contact us within 14 days of delivery for orders in the United States, or within 7 days for orders to Mexico, Canada and Colombia, with your order number. Size exchanges are available subject to stock: the customer pays the return shipping and we pay the shipping of the replacement.
